ποΈ Return Policy for Online Purchases
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- A valid order ID and invoice from our website is required.
βNote: Opened, installed, or used RO purifiers are not eligible for return, unless there is a valid manufacturing defect.
π Replacement Policy
We will replace an item if:
- It is damaged during delivery
- You received the wrong product
- It has a valid manufacturing defect
Conditions:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos/videos for verification.
- Replacement will be processed only after inspection and approval.

Refunds are issued under the following cases:
- Order canceled before dispatch
- Product found out of stock post-payment
- Returned product passed inspection
